EIGHTEEN DRAWINGS (2020)
Published by As We Try & Sleep Press, edited by Kegan McFadden, GARRY NEILL KENNEDY: EIGHTEEN DRAWINGS, compiles a series of pen ink drawings Kennedy did in the latter years of his life. Photographed by Rachel Topham Photography, the images in the book reproduce both sides of these drawings in full scale, capturing the movement and gusto with which they are created. The drawings are accompanied by a text by Kennedy's spouse, Cathy Busby, who tried to envision what Garry may have been thinking as he was working away in an attempt, as he once said, to "empty the pen of ink."
EIGHTEEN DRAWINGS was originally published as an edition of 50 signed copies.
